It just turn on for hardly 3 sec and then turn it off, bakhoor's smell is fascinating but it runs for v v less time.
The scent of the oud is amazing!!
The bakhoor burner seems to be faulty however as the burn time is extremely short - it will automatically turn off after 30 seconds even when fully charged. Not sure if this is a safety feature but that was not disclosed to me upon purchase so I’m quite disappointed with being talked into buying this item under false pretenses as it wasn’t the cheapest.
So easy to use,and safe as it turns off on it's own.
The bhakoor Araisi tself is absolutely beautiful, definitely will be reordering.
Had an issue with a product which was out of warranty yet these guys who run a very small business without any question replaced it. Excellent customer service deserve all the success to get.
Nice burner, but the scent is the typical incense low quality smell. Nice idea, but the actual scent powder needs work.
